Location of Nuitrack.config file

I am following the tutorial regarding Face Tracking with Nuitrack.

I get to this bit and then get stuck:
" By default, face tracking in Nuitrack is turned off. To turn on this function, open the nuitrack.config file and set “Faces.ToUse” and “DepthProvider.Depth2ColorRegistration” to true."

Cannot seem to find the nuitrack.config file anywhere. I think it is required to turn Face Tracking on as without it, it doesn’t seem to pickup faces.

You can find nuitrack.config in Nuitrack runtime: %NUITRACK_HOME%/nuitrack/data
