Set FPS for Astra camera

Please run NiViewer from Astra SDK and check supported video modes (available resolutions and related FPS). Then, follow the steps below:

• Open nuitrack.config file ( /usr/etc/data/nuitrack for Ubuntu and %NUITRACK_HOME%/data for Windows);
• Find the section "OpenNIModule".
• Add the following lines to the beginning:
  "RGB": {
"Width": <width>,
"Height": <height>,
"FPS": <value>
},
  where <width>, <height> is one of supported resolutions, and <value> is the FPS value.

To change depth frame resolution follow the instructions above for the Depth section.
