Windows install

Following this instruction page i downloaded nuitrack-windows-x64.exe to my win10 64 bit computer, but when i double click on the exe nothing happens… i tried to redownload and nothing.

I have vs2017 c++ installed on that computer and kinect sdk 2.0

Hi natxo,

Try to turn off the antivirus on your PC during the installation. Sometimes Nuitrack cannot be installed because of a false alarm from the antivirus. As an option, you can run the installation tool via the command line to check what happens.

Thank you, turn off windows defender worked and i installed, but running the samples i only get one frame and later the window shows a message saying buy a license… im not able to get the 3 minutes demo

You have to activate the Trial license.

Nuitrack SDK(2019-05-20) activation network error

If you want to use Nuitrack Trial:

1. Go to https://cognitive.3divi.com
2. Click “Forgot password?” and enter the email that you’ve used for purchasing the licenses. Then, check your mailbox and set the new password. Use your email and password to login to your account.
3. In the “Nuitrack” tab you can see the box “Trial licenses”. Click “Activate” > “Generate” > “Copy”.
4. Run Nuitrack activation tool. Click “Compatibility Test” and wait until you see the text “Test completed!”. Enter the copied license key and click “Activate”.
