Activation error: NuitrackException: Server error response: License signature is incorrect. Wrong serial
I signed in in nuitrack to test the free trial but when I try using my activation key: “license:2----------------------” It says the error I wrote in the top of this message, si there any solution?

This issue is connected to the firmware of some Kinect sensors. Nuitrack cannot get the serial number of the sensor, therefore, the license cannot be activated. We have already investigated this issue but couldn’t find the solution. Unfortunately, the only advice we can give is to use a different sensor.
