Activation error

Purchased a few months ago
Nuitrack Pro Perpetual
When I used, an error occurred.
Therefore, when I tried to activate again, I could not activate due to the following errors.
Could you tell me how to solve it?

Network Error (302): Error transferring https://cognitive.3divi.com/nuitrack/activate/ - server replied: Bad Request
Failed: Invalid serial number

Please note that Nuitrack Perpetual license is linked to the serial number of a sensor. Make sure that you’re using the sensor that you used when activating the license for the first time. If you’re using a different sensor, you have to purchase and activate another license.
