Activation Server seems to be not responding

I am trying to activate a Subscription licence. I get past the compatibility check but when I attempt to active I get:

Network Error (302): Error transferring https://cognitive.3divi.com/nuitrack/activate/ - server replied: Bad Request

Failed: Low balance

Activating a trial licence seems to work fine though.

Thinking on the exact text this seems like my subscription may have run out. Even so this not being able to activate seems odd. I would assume activation would still work but actually running would fail.

The message “Failed: Low balance” indicates that your subscription have run out. To activate it, you need to replenish the balance.
