Trough reading the Nuitrack SDK, I have run the nuitrack_csharp_sample successfully. But I expect to plot human skeleton as shown in Nuitrack pro sample. So can you give me some code demos or suggestions about how to plot the skeleton joints like Nuitrack pro

Unfortunately, we cannot provide the source code for this demo as it’s one of our internal samples. Please advise what are you interested in - connecting the joints or getting the joint orientation? This demo is OpenCV based and in both cases (joint connection and orientation) the cv::line function is used.
