Can't Enter Activation Key

Hello,

I’ve downloaded all the required software and run the activation tool. After I complete the compatibility test, the Activation Key input field is still disabled.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Mike,

Did you install Nuitrack before? If yes, you have to uninstall the older versions, install the latest Nuitrack and re-login to your system. Then, try to activate Nuitrack once again. You should see Nuitrack version at the bottom of the activation tool window, in your case now it’s “version: unknown”.
