Create and control new layout

I am working on a program like the following picture.

  • If you press the button added somewhere on the left screen, a new layout window will appear.
  • I can do a separate task in that window.

But I can’t find [fileName] .designer.cs to add the button. So I want to create a new layout at the push of a button and do some work on that layout.
somebody help me…
