Feasibility of capturing crisscrossing dance moves with 2 Femto Bolts

Hi, I’m new to motion capture, but was put on by Nuitrack’s recent video showcasing realtime skeleton tracking with Unreal Engine. I have access to 2 Femto Bolts and would like to track and record people bboying – six step, windmills, and all. Is this doable, or would the limbs get too tangled and confusing?

Update: I bought a Nuitrack AI license, since I read it does a better job at capturing complex poses. To clarify, if bboying/breakdancing isn’t feasible, that’s okay – we have others in the studio who perform a variety of dances. I’m simply curious as to what makes sense in practice, e.g. frames per second being a limiting factor

Hello @haaris
We have not tested the Nuitrack in such a case. But you can run Nuitrack.exe to test with one or two sensors and see how the tracking works. We recommend testing classic and ai tracking to compare which is better for your case
