Hand Tracking is very Unstable how can we control the sensitivity and make it stable

We have implemented the hand Tracking using Unity3D with UI to interact but the hand tracking is very unstable. It’s seems like sensitivity is too high.There is fake movement even when person is not there. Tried different sensors Intel Real Sense d435 and other orrbec but same problem. Please help in this.Thanks.
