Help with trial version

Hi, I’ve one license installed in a pc and i wanted to use a trial version in an other pc where I’m developing. The problem is that after 3 or 4 seconds the trial version stops.

It gives me the same problem in both unity and in nuitrack_c11_sample.exe

what can I do?

Hi Mattia,

You have to create another trial key and activate it on another PC. Each trial key is linked to one PC.

Hi, yes I solved it, I had an old version and I couldn’t activate it…

Now I’ve another problem. My old key doesn’t work. I’ve an Unlimited license but the activation tool says: “Network Error (302): Error transferring https://download.3divi.com/nuitrack/activate/ - server replied: Bad RequestFailed: Invalid resource token.”

With the trial version I don’t have problem…

You can see all your licenses in your account (see the tab “Licenses” at the left).

  • Select the appropriate license and copy the license key (click the button “Copy”).
  • Run Nuitrack activation tool.
  • Click “Compatibility Test” and wait until you see the text “Test completed!”.
  • Enter the copied license key and click “Activate”.

Yes I did that but the answer is:
“Network Error (302): Error transferring https://download.3divi.com/nuitrack/activate/ - server replied: Bad RequestFailed: Invalid resource token.”

I tried to paste the license in a text file and coped it again to avoid spaces but it doesn’t work. I don’t know if it is important but it’s a license dated Jun 25, 2018 and the status is “activated”.

Is the license annual or perpetual?

I don’t remember, how can I check it?

Please check your licenses in your personal account (see the tab “Licenses” in the left part of the page). You’ll find there the information about their types, date of activation, etc.

It says “UNLIMITED”
