It doesn’t work because I don’t have a license key? Does your product have a trial period?
I thought the problem was because I didn’t have a license key. Filled out the form. I was prompted to go to 3DiVi Cognitive to create an account. But this link doesn’t work!!!
Nuitrack could be tried out (“Try Nuitrack” button) without any license.
In this case error message correlates with improper connection to the D435i sensor (it is mostly specific to the Realsense lineup).
Please make sure it is connected to the USB3.0 (or higher) port and try to switch cable (there are a lot of posts with similar issues related to Realsense sensors). To make sure it is connected properly - please download official Realsense Viewer from this page.
