Kinect v2 Support

I see that Kinect v1 is supposedly supported by nuitrack but I can’t tell if Kinect v2 is.

Is Kinect v2 supported by the SDK? If not, why?

Apologies is this is a silly question, but I’m quite new to this area.

In my opinion, because Kinect V2 SDK works good without NuiTrack.
NuiTrack better than Kinect V1 but it can’t do everything of Kinect V2. ex) HD face, 31 joints…
And Kinect is officialy dead so NuiTrack doesn’t have to make it.

Thank you for the explanation, that makes sense. I’ve also come to understand the v2 uses different SDK, so it would be extra work to implement.
