Dear sirs, we have been forced to factory reset a few orbbec persee (due to some internal problem) on which we had installed Nuitrack Pro. After factory reset, when we click on Nuitrack, we can see it is already licensed but it seems that our App stops working after 3 mins. So does the “demo” Nuitrack when we hit the “run” button.
How can we deal with this issue? We cannot even add a new license if we wanted to buy a new one as it says it is already registered. Thanks in advance.
