Licensing for a build

I need to make a build of my unreal engine 5 project using nuitrack and send away to a event where it will used in public. What type of license should I buy in order to build it and send of and for the receiver to be able to run the build using their kinnect? It might be that the location where it will be used does not have internet connection at all time.

Please help.

Currently Nuitrack AI Perpetual is a license of choice for such cases as it works completely offline after initial activation.
