Licensing: invalid signature

Hi,

I’m getting the following error when activating the license.

  • Server error response: License signature is incorrect. Invalid signature.

It seems that my device is unable to generate a signature. For example I tried manually activating the license by using the instructions at 3DiVi Cognitive

However the signature file is not in the mentioned directory.

Im using a dockerized setup (ubuntu base, same as in the Github repo).

Maybe there is some system dependency or path missing, in order to generate the signature?

Hoping someone can help

FYI for all those who interested - Nuitrack currently supports only Docker runtime, and not ContainerD runtime (so it won’t work on recent versions of Kubernetes).
Please feel free to contact us directly in case of specific demand for this feature (containerd runtime support).
