Multi-sensor beta & multisensor configuration tool

Hello,

I’m currently exploring multi-sensor skeleton tracking with a holistic approach.

I reached out via email a few weeks ago to request access to the beta, but I’m not sure the message reached you. Could you let me know the best way to contact you regarding this?

Additionally, I tested the multi-sensor sample project, and it worked as expected—both video streams were visible in the UI. I also came across the multisensor_configuration_tool.exe, but I couldn’t find any documentation or forum topics about it.

Unfortunately, when I run the configuration tool with two cameras connected, it works for 2–3 seconds before the video feeds freeze. I can still navigate through the configuration steps using the “A” and “D” keys, but the images remain frozen. However, with only a single camera connected, the tool seems to function correctly without freezing. Also, when using the standard Nuitrack executable with both cameras, I can see both video streams running smoothly.

Do you have any suggestions for resolving this issue?

I’m using two Orbbec Femto Bolt cameras with Nuitrack v38.2 and two AI perpetual licenses.

We’re now working with @Julien through our email-based help desk system,

but as we continue receiving number of requests on multi-sensor fusion (aka Nuitrack Holistic) which isn’t generally available yet and the processing of beta testing queue is slightly lagging behind our general support queue - we feel the need to publicly share a brief information on this new revision in development and corresponding beta-testing process for all those who are interested in multi-sensor fusion.
