Nuitrack AI not providing 3D joint data

Hi ,

I have Nuitrack subscription license

Product name: Nuitrack Pro

System configuration as below.

Windows 11 Pro

11th Gen Intel(R) Core ™ i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz

16 GB RAM

Intel Iris Xe Graphics

Sensor : Intel RealSense D435

Issue1:

While recording as CSV using Nuitrack tool

Classical pose method is recording 3D joint data but AI is not & depth stream is not visible.

Issue 2:

In Unity Classical pose method only works

If AI check box is ticked in Nuitrack manager, no 3D skeletal join data and depth stream is blank.

Please help on this
