Hello, I am new to nuitrack and recently purchased the nuitrack AI license to experiment with skeleton tracking. I am currently uploading a bag file of a person however when I run nuitrack the depth video does not pick up anything off of the user. The person is clearly darker gray than everything else but no skeleton. Is there any way I can somehow get it to recognize the person without having to create a new video?

Does your recording look correct in RealSense Viewer? What model of sensor are you using?
Could you please send a screenshot/screen recording of what the issue looks like?
