Nuitrack version 2018-07-27 changes

Hi,

I noticed that a new version of Nuitrack.apk and TVico.apk is available for download as of today (2018-07-27). Are there release notes available for this new version?

(The Ubuntu and Windows releases still seem to be on the previous 2018-06-08 release)

As best as we can tell it appears that this release was related to the android / TVico system only - there seem to be no actual changes to the windows core.

Nuitrack.apk: added support for the TVico license
TVico.apk: beta version of the Nuitrack server with an option of wireless connection (Wi-Fi hotspot)
