Hello I have a problem and need to solve it very fast. I am in an important project, an Ai that should recognize people in front of it and and answer to questions. it has never worked properly as the response was very late, but the computers weren’t properly set up. The Ai are 3 the os is windows, the cam is intel realsense D435i, nuitrack ai perpetual license. nuitrack realtime body tracking plugin installed. If i run the test on nuitrack it catches me, but then when i start the Ai it goes for 4 or 5 seconds then it stops. I really deeply need help and very fast as the museum needs this to be ready in 2 days. Is there any way to have a direct assistance contact? hope in a very fast response

For the Unreal plugin to work, you need an AI Online subscription license https://nuitrack.com/#pricing
(It won’t work with a trial or perpetual license)

We have this subscription: AI/Perpetual subscription, as the seem they are the same thing. The product name it’s called Nuitrack AI and then on the subscription field it’s written perpetual. As it’s not been me doing the subscription but a previous employee, now I find myself with this hard task. Can you please explain me something better and guide me in the best choice? In case how can I move from the perpetual to the AI subscription? Thanks for answering, we have had more time for the opening of the new wing of the museum, so the task can be done.
We don’t need the Ai to track the skeleton, we need them to see people and movements that will ask questions related to history and respond. What happens is that when i test nuitrack it works, but then when I run the AI teh cam freezes and the AI doesn’t see anything
