Orbbec sensor delay after metadata registered

Continuing the discussion from Gemini 2 tracking delay:

Hi. In the previous post we found that before using an Orbbec Gemini 2 sensor on windows, metadata had to be registered using a script.

This has worked fine so far, but recently we tried it in a new computer that would keep having a noticeable delay even after adding the metadata to the windows registry (we checked and it was there).
It was a windows 10 system and we use an embeded classical Nuitrack.

Any idea what could it be?

We can recommend the following:

• Did you set the “Sensing.TimestampSource.value” to “device” on your new computer?
  • Notion
• We recommend updating your Gemini 2 sensor to the latest firmware version if it does not have it: Release Release Gemini 2 Firmware · orbbec/OrbbecFirmware · GitHub

We currenly don’t have access to that same computer, and we did not find this error on any other computer yet.

But we will try your recommendations as soon as we can get our hands on it again.
