[Resolved] CSV recorder blocked

Hi,

I started using nuitrack a month ago with the demo to see if it will work with my goal.
Now I purchased a Nuitrack AI license in order to use the csv recorder within the software.
After entering the activation key the tool was still locked. Is it normal? Did I miss something ?

We checked your account and only see the trial license. Could you please specify in private messages for which account the license was purchased or send the license key.

CSV-recorder works only with an annual subscription.
