RGB mode Not Working with Astra pro

Hello
We purchased NUITRACK Pro online and activated it.Problems encountered in use.
The camera used on my system is Astra Pro ORBBEC Depth camera.
Problem:
1.Try set “Camera ID” option to 0-11, but RGB mode doesn’t work.
Any ideas on how to solve it?

ps: RGB mode appears when using the Astra SDK in Unity.

Please provide the information about your:

  • OS;
  • Nuitrack version.
    Can you reproduce this problem outside of Unity?
    If yes, then provide us with the full console output of %NUITRACK_HOME%/bin/nuitrack_sample.

Nuitrack version: 0.29
Change winows10 to windows7
Now RGB mode is Working with Astra pro.
