Usb 3.0 is a requirement for realsense. Therefore, the sensor has a usb 3.0 connector. So the problem is either in the USB port of the PC or in the usb cable

  1. Make sure that you connect the sensor exactly to the USB 3.0 port
  2. Try another cable

Try it until USB “3.0” (3.1, 3.2) appears in Realsense Viewer
