Skeleton tracking with portrait-oriented camera?

For F.O.V. reasons, I’d like to do skeleton tracking with the camera turned sideways, into portrait mode. Nuitrack can’t seem to find any skeletons when I turn the camera. Is there a way to get the SDK looking for skeletons in that orientation?

Camera is an Orbec Astra S, if that’s relevant, and I’ll be implementing in Unity3D.
