[SOLVED] Compatibility Test on Ubuntu 16.04 glitching, not completing

I’ve followed every step in the installation procedure correctly (I’ve checked, my paths are all correct and I’m always using sudo), but when I try to activate the Pro version and hit Compatibility Test, a blank window called “Sample” pops up. I tried waiting several minutes for it to close automatically but it doesn’t. When I manually close that window, it says “Test completed!”, but I am unable to access “Get available licenses” (the button is grayed out).

What should I do to avoid/fix this?

Hi Julia,

Please run nuitrack_sample from Nuitrack runtime and provide us with the console output. To run this sample, just type nuitrack_sample in the terminal.

Thank you, it worked! Turns out I just didn’t have my sensor connected.
