[SOLVED] Nuytrack license registration problem

I have a question.
I used to use Nuitrack a lot before, too.
This time, we updated it to the latest version (0.35.10).
I want to use an Orbec camera.
The camera is not displayed in the camera list on the license registration screen. The device manager can find the camera well.
The camera is searched on the Nutrac license registration screen.
No, it works well on other PCs.
Strangely, the camera is not searched on Lenova’s laptop on the Nuitrack license registration screen.
Is there a solution for those who have experienced it?

  2. What orbbec model do you use exactly?
  3. Could you please send us your PC specifications?
  4. Does the orbbec sensor not work only on Lenovo?

    -> Orbbec Astra Pro ( Driver Version : 4.3.0.17 )

    Lenova (ideapadGaming) Intel® Core™ i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz
    Ram 8GB , 64bit Operating System , x64
  4. Does the orbbec sensor not work only on Lenovo?
    Lenovo, it does not work on HP laptops. It works normally on other tested PCs.
    In addition, Intel’s Real Sense works normally on Lenovo laptops.

The Nuitrack version is 0.35.11.

The difference between the additional PC specifications and the PC specifications that are not recognized is the presence or absence of a Trusted Platform Module (TPM).
Of course, I don’t know if this affects you.
Orbbec Camera is not recognized on PCs with TPM.

Have you intsalled orbbec drivers for Windows https://orbbec3d.com/develop/ ?
Also, try to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 redistributable package. You can download this package on the official Microsoft website.

In the latest Nutrack version of 0.35.11, Astra Pro cameras are listed on the 3D camera list.

Delete what was installed with Microsoft Visual C++ 2015
The problem has been solved by installing it with Microsoft Visual C++ 2013.
