Hello @Stepan.Reuk and nuitrack team,
I am trying to figure out the tech pipeline for a very time sensitive project and wondering if anyone from nuitrack team may be able to help with this. I have purchased the AI subscription and was testing different functions of nuitrack in UE.
Gestures work every other time, and the “fitting room” seems to work as well.
However, the skeleton joints do not work at all - they do not show up in the scene, neither the tutorial version which I recreated not the sample level version from the plugin.
I am using UE 5.6 and downloaded the plugin from Fab, as well as made a purchase and followed all instructions to install Nuitrack. I am using realsense d415 sensor.

There are no warnings & errors in the log
Here is the recording. It is pretty uneventful - nothing is happening, the joints don’t show up.
Ignore the 0s printing on tick - I was trying to figure out what causes the issue.
I am really hoping that this can be resolved, please let me know if I can provide any other information.

Hmm… there is no Color Frames on the panel in the middle. Did you turn it off?
Also check that the RealsenseViewer program shows that the sensor is connected via USB 3

I turned off color frames for privacy reasons.
I will double check the RealSenseViewer, but I am sure that it is USB 3
Gesture & Fitting room levels work, it is only the Skeleton Joints Level that does not work.
Please help me understand how to troubleshoot this.
