Urgent issue license re installation

I tried to reinstall the AI perpetual license on the same PC and the same sensor but for another user but I get this error “Handle not Valid”

Hi @DCampo,

During installation, nuitrack grants write permissions to the directory C:\Program Files\Nuitrack\nuitrack\nuitrack\data (the directory where the license is stored) for the current user. If you need to activate via another user in the future, you need to give write permissions for this directory yourself:

  • run this command from windows cmd: icacls C:\Program Files\Nuitrack\nuitrack\nuitrack\data /grant <your_user_name>:F /T
