Error : Perhaps the sensor is already being used in other program

firstly, I apologize for my poor English comments.

I have to some test Skeletal Tracking for realsense D435i in Unity.
so I could get Nuitrack SDK and I used in trial until yesterday. maybe I used a week at least.
but I faced this problem suddenly yesterday.
It didn’t work suddenly, It worked until a few seconds before showing this error.
what can I do for this?

actually, sensor is not used any other program.
I tried restart, reinstall like a reset.
It works example program.
It’s only not working in Unity project.

and, for Realsense, check your usb ports and usb cable (need usb 3.0), and try to test with another cables and ports

How can I attach Log file? I captured images of log file.

and I changed other usb3.0 ports and 3.0cables. but It doesn’t look better.

For some reason Unity can’t find the file NuitrackModule.dll

  1. check this path, is everything correct?
  2. Also check the permission to access these folders (You need to have full access for all users).

but I faced this problem suddenly yesterday.

Have you reinstalled something, changed permissions to access folders, or changed environment variables?

  1. Yes, if I remove that file, it is showed it is not existed file.
  2. It is not problem to access.

I reinstall Unity and Nuitrack SDK after error. but I don’t install and reinstall anything before…
However I doubt what Unity and windows explorer were shutdown for a once.
I guess It became a trouble at that time

I am going to execute Nuitrack on other PC.
I will let you know as soon as I get the results.

but still It doesn’t work on My PC. I don’t know the reason…

I founded something weird.
I tried to open Nuitrack Activation-tool after re-installing.
but It was showed up error message window about “procedure entry point could not be located ~nuitrack\bin\libcnn-hpe.dll”
so I have a trouble in activating the license now.

I still do not test Nuitrack SDK.

  1. Try to delete
  2. Restart the computer
  3. Install using a different installation path

I solved this problem.

I removed cubemos of system environment variables.

now It works well. thank you.

This incompatibility shouldn’t be the case for recent versions
