Nuitrack SDK(2019-05-20) activation network error

Hi kang,

We’ve created Nuitrack personal account and changed licensing procedure.

If you have an activated license:

  1. Back up license.json from %NUITRACK_HOME%/nuitrack/data (just in case).
  2. Go to https://cognitive.3divi.com
  3. Click “Forgot password?” and enter the email that you’ve used for purchasing the licenses. Then, check your mailbox and set the new password. Use your email and password to login to your account.
  4. You can see all your licenses in your account (see the tab “Licenses” at the left). Select the appropriate license and copy the license key.
  5. Run Nuitrack activation tool. Click “Compatibility Test” and wait until you see the text “Test completed!”. Enter the copied license key and click “Activate”.

If you want to use Nuitrack Trial:

  1. Go to https://cognitive.3divi.com
  2. Click “Forgot password?” and enter the email that you’ve used for purchasing the licenses. Then, check your mailbox and set the new password. Use your email and password to login to your account.
  3. In the “Nuitrack” tab you can see the box “Trial licenses”. Click “Activate” > “Generate” > “Copy”.
  4. Run Nuitrack activation tool. Click “Compatibility Test” and wait until you see the text “Test completed!”. Enter the copied license key and click “Activate”.
